Orders:
We Do Not Ship
Internationally
Discounts and
Special Offers:
Discounts and special offers can not be combined
unless otherwise stated on our site or promotional items received by
the customer. If promotions are combined without authorization we reserve
the right to make the proper adjustment to your order without notice. You
will receive an adjusted invoice and your order will be processed as
per usual.
Substitutions:
Here at
Enid's Gift
Baskets we are always shopping for new and even better
products and passing these exciting finds to our customers. Therefore,
some of the items shown in our photos may no longer be available. Please
be assured that substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater
value.
Warm
Weather:
During the summer months baskets containing
chocolate will be replaced with non-chocolate items.
Fruit
Baskets:
We do not ship fruit baskets.
We do not process same day orders for fruit baskets.
Fruit basket orders will be hand delivered the next
business day.
Fruit baskets ordered on Friday or weekend will be
processed on Monday or the next business day.
Cancellation:Single
Order(1basket)
You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our
facilities. A cancellation that occurs after the order leaves our facility
will result in a 30% re-stocking fee in addition to any shipping or hand
delivery fees.
Refunds:Multiple Orders Gift
Due
to our rapid order turnaround, all orders are final. Orders cannot be
changed once the payment has been
accepted.
Order placed after payment has been accepted is
considered a new order and must meet any minimumn requirements
in order to receive a discount. Order placed with
less than a 48 hour turnaround time will incurr a $50.00 rush
charge.
Damaged
or Missing Items:Multiple
Orders
Signee is responsible to check that
amount ordered has been delivered as well as checking for damaged items
.
We are not responsible for items
reported missing or damaged once delivery has been
completed.
Damaged
Items:
Please notify us in 3 business days of receipt of order
for replacement of damaged item(s). Instances where shipping
cost exceed the cost of a damaged item(s) we reserve the right to issue a
refund equal to the cost of the damaged item to the
purchaser.
Online
orders requesting hand delivery outside hand delivery
areas
Online
orders requesting hand delivery but are however outside our hand
delivery
areas
will be ground shipped and normal shipping policies and pricing will
apply.. Due to heavy volume of orders you will NOT be notified of delivery
changes. Please check our hand delivery areas prior to placing your order
and requesting hand delivery. Please view hand delivery areas below.
We
are not responsible for delays in delivery due to selection of delivery
options not available to you.
We offer local hand delivery to the following areas for orders
placed by 10AM (EST) Mon-Friday: Atlanta,Alpharetta, Austell, Buck
head, College Park, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, East Point, Hiram, Kennesaw,
Mableton, Marietta, Norcross, Powder Springs, Roswell,Smyrna,Stone Mt,
Vinings, Re-delivery fees:
Orders that require re-delivery due
to customer error will incur an additional re-delivery fee of $10.00 for
shipped orders and $15.00 or more for hand delivery orders depending on
new delivery location.
Re-routing fees:
Orders that require a change of
address or other recipient information while in route to the recipient due
to customer error will incur an additional re-routing fee of
$10.00.
Undeliverable:
Order(s) returned to our
facility undeliverable due to:
1.Customer supplied wrong
address
2.Recipients unavailability to sign(where
required by Shipper).
3.Shipment has been rejected by
recipient.
will be charged the
original shipping and handling fee as well as a 30%
re-stocking fee.
Any balance due will be maintained
as a store credit for the period of one(1) year from date of
purchase.
Enid's Gift Baskets will happily re-ship to a new address or new recipient at the
customers request. Please be advised that additional shipping fees will
apply.
Refunds :
Refunds are made in the form which
they were received.
Refunds or credit will be processed
in the name of the purchaser on record.
Please allow 72 hours for credit card
refunds.
Checks must clear our bank before
refunds checks are issued. Please allow 7-10 business days after
clear date for checks.
Privacy
Policy:
Enid's
Gift Baskets takes pride in having you as our customer
and we respect your right to privacy. It is for this reason that we do not
share any aspect of our valued customer information with any third party
or affiliate companies. All the information we retain is kept private and
used only by
Enid's Gift
Baskets to better serve you.
Methods of
Payments: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover,
American Express and Pay Pal. We also accept personal checks and money
orders.
*Note*
Please allow at least 10 days for processing when paying by check or money
order. Items cannot be shipped prior to check or money clearing our
bank.
Online order will receive an email
notification with tracking information when your gift has
shipped.
Returned checks:
There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
Credit Card
fraud:
We take Credit Card fraud very seriously. Any fraudulent
occurrences will be promptly reported to the proper
authorities.
